    To any supervisor This complaint is regarding 02/18/17, around 3:15am to 5:00am. First of all it%u2019s a shame there is no supervisor to contact on the weekend, that I had to wait till Monday The 20th. Besides this complaint, in the past I saw staff swear and scream at patrons, other patrons bully patrons to get off of machines so they can keep and use a number of them at once. I ended memberships in the past for that reason. Also coming in early in the morning it always is a long wait to get someone to tan or anything else you need, such as outside have a smoke or hiding somewhere in a... More...
